A popular recreational spot in the area is Thomas Lowry Park. This natural attraction offers a water feature, “Seven Pools”, sitting benches and a small walking trail. The Lowry Hill Neighborhood Association’s Ice Cream Social is held here.

One of the best places to visit in Lowry Hill is the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. This park features magnificent, large sculptures in a beautiful garden setting. Lowry Hill is also home to the Walker Art Center.

In and near Lowry Hill you will find Lake of the Isles, Chain of Lakes bike and pedestrian paths, the Grand Rounds Scenic Byway, Thomas Lowry Park, Kenwood Park, Kenwood Recreation Center, Loring Park, and Parade Ice Center.
