From ELEFA: Save the date! Meet the Independent Evaluator team, learn about who we are, our role, and updates on implementation progress with a focus on policy and training. Effective Law Enforcement for All (ELEFA) was hired by the City as the independent evaluator to monitor and ensure MPD is meeting the requirements of its two court-enforceable consent decrees.
